How do I return an item?

TOWNE VISION CENTER RETURN POLICY

At ShopTowneVisionCenter.com and Towne Vision Center we will do our absolute best to ensure that your frames and lenses are exactly how you want them. Our team of experts will check your prescription eyeglasses for quality and accuracy before shipping. When we ship your finished eyeglasses, it will be securely placed in a hard cover case, surrounded by shock absorbent padding.

However, if you are not satisfied with the finished product, if it doesn't meet your standards, if you change your mind, or if you find something better, we offer you a one-time opportunity to either replace it or ask for a refund. A replacement or refund will be made under the following conditions stated below.

If you ordered frames with Single Vision or Fashion lens and Standard thickness , your order qualifies for our 30 day return policy. Please note the specific conditions below:

· Refund is requested and items are shipped within 30 days of receiving the order.

· The eyeglasses must be in the same condition (lens and frames intact, not broken, etc) with only signs of normal wear (small scratches, minor chips, etc).

· The eyeglasses must be returned with its original case and cloth.

· Shipping costs are non-refundable and not included in the refund policy.

· We will not charge any restocking fees or other penalties, this excludes custom orders.

· For exchanges, if the customer decides to choose a frame of higher value, the difference will be charged. If a customer decides to choose a frame of lower value, the difference will not be refunded.

For all other eyeglasses including Single Vision (Thin, Thinner, Super Thin, Ultra Thin and Ultra Super Thin lens thickness), Bifocal, Progressive, and Free Form lens, we offer a 14-day return policy. Please note the specific conditions below:

· Refund is requested and items are shipped within 14 days of receiving the order.

· The eyeglasses must be in the same as original condition and include original packing.

· The eyeglasses must be returned with its original hard cover case and cloth.

· Shipping costs are non-refundable and not included in the refund policy.

· A 25% restocking fee will apply for all orders which include Single Vision (Thin, Thinner, Super Thin, Ultra Thin and Ultra Super Thin lens thickness), Bifocal, Progressive, and Free Form lens

· For exchanges, if the customer decides to choose a frame of higher value, the difference will be charged. If a customer decides to choose a frame of lower value, the difference will not be refunded.

In order to return your eyeglasses, please follow the steps below:

· Contact customer service to obtain your Return Approval Number. You can contact customer service via email, or by phone. Please see the contact us section for more details.

· Print and complete the form on bottom of this document. Ensure to include the Return Authorization Number.

· Securely pack your return item, include a copy of the return form, and ship to ShopTowneVisionCenter.com and Towne Vision Center customer service address provided in the return form.

· Returns must be sent prepaid with a tracking number. We highly recommend using UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Office.

· Fax or email the completed return form to ShopTowneVisionCenter.com and Towne Vision Center customer service at 1 (908) 464-1292 or customerservice@ShopTowneVisionCenter.com. Ensure to include the Return Authorization Number and shipment tracking number in the form.

· Towne Vision Center will refund cost of eyeglasses, less shipping, and restocking fees if applicable, within 7 business days after receiving the return package.
